Sumvital – Cancel/Change Order Policy

3. Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order is already being processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may return the item following our Refunds & Returns Policy.


4. Cancellation of Customized Orders

For personalized or customized items, cancellations may not be possible after a certain time period, as these items are prepared specifically for you. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.


5. How to Request Modifications or Cancellations

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before processing or shipment, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
